  • Only men’s basketball coach to win a NCAA National Championship in Georgia
  • Only coach to win 35 games in a season as a PLAYER then later as a COACH (DJC 35-2 and KSU 35-4)
  • Only coach to PLAY and COACH a team to 30 consecutive victories in a season
